Cooking school changed my life. Lost, lonely, confused and living in my Ford Escape part-time, I went to an open-house at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena and the rest is history. And let me tell you, the culinary classes were a lot of hard work. Still, I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Now, you, too, can have a cooking school experience. We are so excited to partner with The Gourmandise School in Santa Monica, Calif., to give you a taste of what cooking school is really like with two special giveaways! You read that correctly. The Gourmandise School, a hands-on culinary school with a focus on teaching classic techniques using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, has saved two spots for us to giveaway. You can enter both giveaways, but you can only be selected as a winner once.

  1. Me encantaría aprender a preparar pan dulce y empanadas en español. Challenge, baby! 😀

  2. Since I can’t edit my earlier comment… I would like to include that my favorite pan dulce is the the concha for it’s sweet toping that I love to nibble on before digging into the whole pan.
