More than 1,500 Angelenos sipped free flowing wine from Latin-owned or operated wineries and sampled food from some of the area’s top Mexican restaurants at the annual East LA Meets Napa event benefiting AltaMed Health Services community clinics. The event takes place outdoors in the beautiful Union Station & Metropolitan Water District courtyards. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly encourage of foodie friends to put this event on their calendars for 2015. Buy early as it does get sold out right away.
This year’s event, named East LA Meets Napa & Beyond, took us on a wine tasting journey stretching from the famed Napa Valley, through various California wine regions down to wineries from Baja California.
Here’s a quick photo recap from our recent excursion.
