Memorial Day Weekend kicks-off for us the “official” summer grilling months. It’s a time we remember all of those who have sacrificed dearly in the armed forces and thank them for their efforts to protect our freedom. Our house not only heats up from the May weather, but from what’s cooking on the grill and the spices in our marinades and salsas. Every Memorial Day Weekend we get together with friends and cook up a storm while sipping on frothy, ice-cold cervezas or blended margaritas.
