Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablesppons dired oregano
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 oranges, juiced
- 4 limes, juiced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 can of Mexican lager beer
- 1/2 white onion, thinly sliced into half moons
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 2 jalapenos, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together with a fork.
- Add in liquids, onion, and cilantro.
- Add the flap steak, and massage with your hands so the marinade coats all sides of the meat.
- Transfer to an air tight container and place in refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
